Welcome to the Brookwood School Association Hot Lunch and Club Moo website. 



Hot Lunch Session 1 - 2025-26 (October 28 - February 26, 2026):

• Online ordering opens on October 10 at 3pm; closes at 3pm on February 19. 
• Each Hot Lunch menu ordering closes 1 week prior to the lunch date at 3pm.
• Please Note: Any unpaid menus at the ordering close date and time will be deleted and those items not ordered.
• Parents will receive a weekly email reminder on Sundays with their order information.
• Oct 29 UPDATE: Nov 5 hot lunch is CANCELLED; any paid orders have been credited back to the parent account. Hot Lunch will return in full swing after Fall Break.

Club Moo Session 1 - 2025-26 (October 28 to February 20, 2026):

• Online ordering opens on October 10 at 3pm; closes at 3pm on November 7th (extended). 
• Club Moo must be paid in full for the session by this time.

Cash Day for Club Moo and Hot Lunch will take place on NOVEMBER 7th from 1-3pm in the school lobby. Exact change is required for cash day payments; no cheques please.
